1st step: ondeso SR Operator
- The Operator can install clients and is able to execute predefined operations.
- He knows the handling and navigation within the ondeso Start Center and within the ondeso SR Admin GUI.
- He can read out asset and client information and maintain data manually.
Available in German, English and Portuguese.
2nd step: ondeso SR
Administrator
- The Administrator is safe in the handling,
configuration and update of ondeso SR instances.
- He can create his own tasks incl.
parameters and variables (e. g. update management, backups, …).
- Additionally, he has knowledge of the
purposes and possibilities of additional tools.
Available in German, English and Portuguese.
3rd step: ondeso SR Expert
- The Expert is able to conduct the installation, setup and detailed configuration of new ondeso SR instances by himself.
- He can create software deployment tasks on his own and arrange them e. g. for the use in automated installation processes.
- He realizes trainings of Administrators and Operators autonomously.
